During this phase, we take a deep dive into your lifestyle, space, and design goals while establishing the initial vision for your home. The process begins with a curated questionnaire followed by an in-person or virtual consultation. Upon mutual alignment, a tailored proposal is shared. Once approved, your project begins.

Planning & Design

During this stage, the design process shifts from vision to execution. We gather detailed measurements and technical information while beginning to develop preliminary design concepts. You’ll collaborate with us as we review early ideas for finishes, floor plans, and any millwork or construction elements, ensuring the design continues to align with your vision.

Design Development

Guided by your feedback, we begin crafting a refined and detailed design plan. This phase brings together elevations, curated materials and finishes, furnishings, textiles, and a cohesive colour palette. When the concept is fully realized, we present it for your approval. Collaboration is essential at this stage, as the subtle adjustments made during planning are what transform a well-designed space into one that feels distinctly yours.

Project Management

This phase brings the design to life. We oversee construction, collaborate closely with trades, contractors, and vendors, and manage the sourcing of furnishings, artwork, materials, and finishing touches. With careful attention to detail, we ensure the project progresses smoothly, on schedule, and in alignment with the approved budget.
